Professional Biographical Information:

Walter N. Cohen is a member of the firm Cohen & Caproni, specializing in taxation, business organizations, trusts and estates, and retirement plans. Previously, he practiced law in St. Louis and Atlanta before starting his own law firm in 1986. In 1997, he founded his current firm with fellow Georgia Law graduate Albert Caproni. Cohen earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina in 1972 and his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1975. He also holds a master of laws degree in taxation law from New York University, which he earned in 1976.
