Professional Biographical Information:

Lenné Eidson Espenschied is a corporate lawyer with 22 years of legal experience in transactional, corporate and business law with an additional two years experience as a Certified Public Accountant.  In 1992, she founded The Law Office of Lenné Espenschied and currently serves as a sole practitioner, focusing on legal representation for all stages of a corporation's life cycle. Additionally, she began Legalease Seminars in 2005, which delivers instructional public and private seminars on legal drafting to firms and corporate law departments.  Previously, she served as an associate attorney at Sutherland, Asbill and Brennan and as senior staff counsel at NationsBank.  Espenschied earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude in accounting from the University of Georgia in 1980.  She then graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985, where she served on the Georgia Law Review Editorial Board and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
