Professional Biographical Information:

Weyman Johnson practices at the Atlanta office of Paul Hastings in both employment litigation and traditional labor relations as well as specializes in matters relating to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.  He is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and the Industrial Relations Research Association.  He is past chair of the Atlanta Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section and treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.  He is a member of the Litigation Section of the ABA.  He is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America.” He serves on the advisory board of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers’ Foundation and the Continuing Legal Education Board of Trustees of the ABA. In 1973, Johnson received his A.B. degree cum laude from Mercer University.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1979, where he was decisions editor of the Georgia Law Review.
