Professional Biographical Information:

Scott Titshaw is a 1990 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.  He served on the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review and was awarded the Marion Smith Scholarship while in school.  He earned his LL.M. at the University of Hamburg in Germany and is completing his work toward his Doctor of Jurisprudence there.  After clerking with a federal district judge in New Orleans, he served for three years as a translator for the German Federal Constitutional Court.  In 1996, he joined the Atlanta law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory, where he practices in the field of immigration law.  He has served as president of the Stonewall Bar Association of Georgia and has been a member of the national board of the Lesbian and Gay Immigration Rights Task Force since 2002.
