James
A. Trigg is a partner in the Atlanta firm Kilpatrick Stockton, where he
specializes in copyright and trademark law and has extensive experience
with entertainment transactions in music, publishing, film and
television. Additionally, he has authored several articles and
delivered many presentations on these topics. Trigg earned his
bachelor's degree in politics from Princeton University in 1988 and his
law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1992.
He is currently a member of the American Bar Association Section of
Intellectual Property Law and Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. He
was also named one of the "Top Regional Copyright Lawyers" by The Legal
500 in 2007.
