____Pay $50 nonrefundable application fee
____Include required supplemental materials, e.g., explanations for "Yes" responses to Character & Fitness
         questions and Personal Statement
____Include optional supplemental materials, e.g., Optional essays
____If the LSAC Letters of Recommendation Service is NOT used, have recommendations sent to the School of Law
