Additional application materials should be mailed to Dr. Laura Tate Kagel at the address below, and should include the following:

2 legible copies of the information pages of your passport
A current copy of your resume
Participation Agreement
Health Disclosure
Disciplinary & Criminal Record
Letter from your law school dean certifying good standing (non-UGA applicants only)
