The Scientific Committee of the International Conference "Transparency vs Confidentiality in International Economic Law: Looking for an Appropriate Balance" organizes a call for papers -the papers should be written in English, unpublished and in an advanced stage of completion.
The call for papers should address one of the following four issues:
I) Transparency v. Confidentiality in IEL International Negotiations

Panelists are sought for an international conference on “Intersections in International Cultural Heritage Law,” to be hosted by Georgetown University Law Center (Washington, DC) on March 29, 2016. A recent spate of threats to cultural heritage, including in Syria, Iraq, Nepal, and Yemen, has led to increased focus on the scope of international law governing cultural heritage protection. This conference aims to convene panelists who will present papers that explore primary points of intersection between public international law and cultural heritage law.
PluriCourts, Center of Excellence for the Study of the Legitimacy of International Courts and Tribunals at the University of Oslo, will host the 14th Annual Colloquium of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law, 20-25 June 2016 (http://iucnael2016.no). We are currently inviting abstract submissions for presentations at the 2016 Oslo Colloquium by 15 January 2016.
