The First Amendment Law Review (FALR) at the University of North Carolina School of Law is currently accepting submissions for brief but engaging articles related to free speech in higher education. As these submissions will be considered for publication in our symposium issue, shorter articles (less than 30 pages) are preferred, but longer articles will still be considered.

The emerging transnational criminal law - Call for papers

In recent years, the contours of a distinct transnational criminal law have emerged. To investigate the new practices and legal innovations around this form of law, iCourts invites papers for a multidisciplinary conference on the emerging forms of transnational criminal law.
Kabarak University School of Law, Boston College Law School and the International Society of Public Law invite submissions for a two-day Symposium on Constitutional Change and Transformation in Africa, to be held on the campus of Kabarak University in Nakuru on Thursday and Friday, June 9-10, 2016.
The keynote speaker for this event will be Dr. Willy Mutunga, Chief Justice and the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kenya.
This Symposium is convened by Duncan Okubasu (Kabarak) and Richard Albert (Boston College).
