Call for Papers: Junior Scholars Works-in-Progress Conference
Northern Illinois University College of Law will host a Junior Scholars Works-in-Progress conference at Loyola University School of Law on October 5, 2018. This event will offer junior scholars (those who have spent 7 years or fewer as full-time professors) the opportunity to present their works-in-progress, get feedback from their colleagues, and network with other junior scholars from the Chicago area and beyond. Articles may be presented in various stages of development.

Ohio, 438 U.S. 586 (1978). Argued by the brilliant Prof. Anthony Amsterdam, the decision laid the framework for narrowing application of the death penalty.
