The valuation of heterogeneous, thinly-traded assets such as real property interests presents challenges for lenders, insurers, assessors, and others for whom value is a key element in decision making.
The University of Oklahoma College of Law will host the Tenth Annual Junior Faculty Federal Courts Workshop on September 14-15, 2018. The workshop pairs a senior scholar with a panel of junior scholars presenting works-in-progress. The Forum is dedicated to interdisciplinary scholarship focusing on the intersection of Law and Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics (STEM). The Inaugural Forum was held in October 2017 at Penn Law.
