Reparations: Restorative Justice for Racial Disparities
The Elon Law Review invites submissions for a fall symposium exploring restorative justice and the question of reparations in the United States. The Elon Law Review Symposium will be held Friday, September 24, 2021, at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. A reception will be held on the evening of Thursday, September 23, 2021.

Burlington, Vermont has established a Task Force on Reparations, the first such municipal task force in the country. We have put out a request for proposals from academics who are interested in conducting research and reporting to the task force on this topic. This is a funded research opportunity. The RFP is available on the link below (you have to scroll down a bit to find the Reparations RFP). The deadline for submissions is December 31, 2020.
