Call for Abstracts
A decade on from the adoption by the United Nations General Assembly of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) in September 2007, the conference asks what progress has been made in securing indigenous peoples’ rights and what are the challenges remaining?
Twelfth Annual Conference on Empirical Legal Studies (CELS), presented by the Society for Empirical Legal Studies (SELS) and hosted by Cornell Law School, is scheduled for October 13-14, 2017, in Ithaca, NY.|
The first Natural Resources Law Teachers Workshop to be held in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Annual Institute will immediately follow the Saturday morning sessions at the Santa Fe Convention Center, July 22, from 12:30 pm–7:30 pm. Faulkner Law Review invites proposals for its ninth volume.
