"Consistent with the mission of Faulkner Law Review to promote understanding of contemporary questions by drawing upon the resources of the Anglo-American legal tradition, the symposium will explore the role of the judge by examining both how the role of the judge has developed in
the common-law tradition and American constitutionalism and the role of the judge today."

Deadline: Submissions, abstracts, or proposals for this year’s symposium may be sent via email to ExecutiveEditor@faulkner.edu. The deadline for submissions is July 15, 2016.
