The Law and Indigenous Peoples Program and the Tribal Law Journal will host a symposium on the Indian Civil Rights Act (ICRA) on March 8 & 9, 2018, at the Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Washburn University School of Law is proud to announce the 4th annual Washburn Junior Legal Writing Scholars Workshop, to be held on July 28-29, 2017.
This workshop will provide a unique collaborative environment in which to receive feedback from other legal writing professors on your scholarly projects. Participants will work in small groups to give suggestions, ask questions, and offer input on the papers presented.

The AALS Indian Nations and Indigenous Peoples Section invites submissions on the topic The Relationship Between Indian Law and Tribal Law for the Section’s 2016 AALS conference panel. The conference will be held January 6-10, 2016. The William Mitchell Law Review has agreed to publish selected papers associated with this call.
