I am aware that the information provided by the University of Georgia School of Law Development Office is to be treated in a confidential and professional manner. By signing this statement, I agree to abide by the following guidelines:
1) The information will only be used for the support of development functions and may not be disclosed for any purpose other than University and Law School related business.
2) Information will not be divulged to any other party, and its secrecy will be closely guarded.
3) Adequate physical security procedures will be implemented to guarantee that at no time will unauthorized persons have access to the information. I understand that I will be responsible for shredding documents and removal of files upon completion of development projects.
