The University of Georgia School of Law will be helping host this year's ASIL Midyear Meeting and Research Forum. Events will take place in Atlanta on October 19 and at Georgia Law October 20-21. Highlights will include keynote addresses by United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and UN Legal Counsel Patricia O'Brien, and U.S. State Department Legal Adviser Harold Hongju Koh. Additionally, there will be a career mentor event, panel discussions, the Second Annual ASIL Research Forum and the fall meeting of the society’s Executive Council.
