Larry Walker Room - Dean Rusk Center
In a joint effort with Gay, Lesbian, or Bisexual Employees and Supporters (GLOBES) and the UGA LGBT Resource Center, UGA OUTLaws will host an interesting, timely event regarding the impact of the Supreme Court's ruling in U.S. v. Windsor on federal immigration law. Local immigration lawyer Alex Halow and UGA Law's in-house immigration expert Professor Jason Cade will discuss the immigration legal landscape for same-sex couples and their families in a post-DOMA world.
