Gerry Weber - Constitutional Litigation in Georgia
Gerry Weber (JD 89) will be coming to the law school to discuss his experiences in constitutional litigation in the South. Weber, who graduated first in his class from Georgia Law, went on to become the Legal Director at the ACLU of Georgia in 1991, two years after receiving his JD. After serving in this position for 16 years, he joined the Southern Center for Human Rights as Senior Staff Counsel. He also operates his own constitutional litigation practice and teaches at Emory Law.
