4th Annual Rural Healthcare Symposium
The 4th Annual Rural Healthcare Symposium will focus on resilience in rural healthcare - how Georgia’s rural health organizations prepare for risk, disruption, continuity, sustained service and success. The keynote address will be delivered by former Gubernatorial Nominee and former Georgia House Democratic Leader Stacey Abrams. As candidate for Georgia Governor, Abrams committed to a plan to increase health care access in rural Georgia through tele-health, promotion of service cancelable loans and special scholarship programs as well as an increase in apprenticeship opportunities.
Other conference speakers include Dean Burke M.D., Georgia State Senator; and Priya Bathija, American Hospital Association Value Initiative Vice President.
There is no cost to attend but please register for the event. Space is limited.
