Pre-Exam Sound Bath
Center yourself in preparation for 1L exams by attending an early morning Sound Bath. Join us in Classroom L for a 20 minute low-lighting mindfulness session. We will play relaxing, calming music while you sit, lay on the floor, or whatever posture helps you focus. This session will end promptly at 8:20 a.m. to allow plenty of time for students to still arrive early to their 9:00 a.m. exams.
