Dean's Ambassadors Service Request Form

The Dean's Ambassadors organization focuses first on the promotion of the University of Georgia School of Law in the public arena and second on the provision of maximum service for the betterment of the law school.

**Requests should be submitted TWO weeks prior to the event in order to recruit the volunteers.**
**Transportation requests MUST be submitted TWO weeks prior to the event.**

  1. What is the name of the event?
  2. Please explain the event:
  3. What type of work will the DAs be performing?
  4. How many DAs are needed?  
  5. Will/Can the DAs work in shifts? If so, please explain.
  6. What is the date/day of the event?  
  7. What time should the DAs arrive to assist with the event?  
  8. Where should the DAs meet the day of the event? Where will the event be held, if different from the gathering point?
  9. What time will the DAs' work be completed?  
  10. Are there any special requests for dress code?
  11. Are there any specific DA officers that you would like at the event?
  12. Who is the designated central contact person with whom the DAs will communicate?
  13. Who is the designated central contact person with whom the DAs will communicate ON THE DAY of the event?
  14. Are there any perks that will help us recruit volunteers (e.g., free lunch, parking pass, etc.)
  15. Please explain any additional information you think DAs should know about the event.
 

Please note that every effort will be made to assist you with your event. However, please realize there may be events we will not be able to staff or staff completely due to the timing of the event (exam time) or the nature of the request (too long of a time commitment by one person, e.g., Atlanta airport transport is sometimes difficult to arrange).
