Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured in The Economist regarding the latest opioid litigation developments. The article titled "American lawmen are going after Opioids Inc" was published 10/31/20.

Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Gregg D. Polsky was featured in Politico regarding the carried interest tax loophole. The article titled "Susan Collins backed down from a fight with private equity. Now they're underwriting her reelection" was written by Theodoric Meyer and Justin Elliott and published 10/29/20. The article also appeared on several media outlets across the country.

Dean Rusk International Law Center Interim Director & Hosch Professor Lori A. Ringhand presented at the Transatlantic Chamber of Commerce event titled "A Beginners Guide to the US Election," which was hosted by the Birmingham City University's Centre for American Legal Studies located in the United Kingdom.

Hosch Professor Julian A. Cook III presented on "Race, Class, Policing, and the Constitution" as part of a George Washington Law Review Symposium titled "Addressing the Crisis in Policing Today: Race, Masculinity, and Police Use of Force in America" held in October.

Brumby Distinguished Professor in First Amendment Law Sonja R. West presented on "Zoom Justice and the Future of Court Access" as part of the Yale Law School Information Society Project conference titled "Access and Accountability 2020: Lessons of the Current Moment" during October.
