Associate Professor Jason A. Cade published "Restoring the Statutory Safety-Valve for Immigrant Crime Victims: Premium Processing for Interim U Visa Benefits" in 113 Northwestern University Law Review Online 120 (2019) (with Mary Honeychurch, a 2018 graduate of the School of Law).

Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law Harlan G. Cohen presented "The International Idea of Law" at the Villanova Law Review Shachoy Symposium titled "The Rabbinic Idea of Law: Interactions and Implications" during February.

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's article titled "State Taxation of Electronic Commerce" (52 Tax Law Review 425 (1997)) was quoted by the Virginia Supreme Court in its opinion in the case The Corporate Executive Board Co. v. Virginia Department of Taxation.

Dean Peter B. "Bo" Rutledge and third-year student Amanda Newton published "SCOTUS Loves Arbitration? - It's Not That Simple" in the Daily Report on 2/14/19.
