Published four times a year, the Georgia Law Review is a journal devoted to the study and analysis of contemporary legal issues and problems. The Review has been published continuously since 1966 and is edited by second and third-year law students chosen on the basis of academic performance and a writing competition.In each issue we publish critical and analytical articles written by practicing lawyers, scholars and judges. In addition, the Review publishes student-written Notes and Case Comments on current legal issues.
