Fall 2017

The majority of University of Georgia School of Law students are not ranked in numerical order. Only those members of a class whose cumulative grade point averages are in the top twenty-five percent are ranked in numerical order.
 
The following information is provided to assist students and prospective employers in determining the general range of a particular student's grade point average. This chart represents the distribution of cumulative grade point averages at the end of the Fall 2017 Semester.

The UGA School of Law utilizes the following grading system scale:

A+ = 4.3 A = 4.0  A- = 3.7 
B+ = 3.3 B = 3.0 B- = 2.7
C+ = 2.3 C = 2.0 C- = 1.7
D+ = 1.3 D = 1.0 F = 0.0
      
I = Incomplete S = Satisfactory
U = Unsatisfactory W = Withdrawal
