Georgia Law offers study and work abroad opportunities, a strong international curriculum, faculty recognized for their work and research in international and comparative law and a host of conferences and projects on global outreach and trade.

We have summer programs in China and Belgium and a spring semester program at Oxford. Our global internship program offers placements in over 25 countries. 

Global

Global Initiatives

Established in 1977, the Dean Rusk Center for International, Comparative and Graduate Legal Studies leads the school in international law research, teaching and service. The Rusk Center coordinates the school's global internships and study abroad programs, hosts conferences on trade and national security and assists with national trade and global outreach projects.

Courses & Curriculum

Georgia Law offers courses in international law, comparative law, international transactions, European Union Law, international environmental law, international trade and international property and taxation. We also offer a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree for international students interested in studying U.S. and international law.

Outside of the classroom, 2nd and 3rd year students have the opportunity to pursue their international interests writing for the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law.

International Scholars

Our full-time and visiting faculty members are recognized for their research and scholarship in areas such as trade relationships, global environmental concerns, economic development in developing countries and the role of international law in the war against terror.
