DELIVERY
1. The Law Library provides, for a fee, photocopies, faxes, or
scanned materials to individual patrons under select
circumstances. (For requests from libraries, see Interlibrary
Loan Policy. Individuals may request:

the Law Library's home page. This requirement satisfies the need

the request cannot be submitted via the web link, no materials shall be
provided unless the patron expressly accepts responsibility for all
charges, and acknowledges that the purpose of the material is fair use.
3. The patron must provide the complete citation of the requested material; Law Library staff do not do research to find citations.
4. Charges for document delivery are limited to reasonable
estimates of cost recovery for providing the service. The Law
Library does not require payment in advance.
5. Records of document delivery transactions shall be retained
for three years.
