Land Use Clinic

Course Overview
The clinic provides second- and third-year students with the opportunity to work in the area of land use law with heavy emphasis on public policy issues.  Students work between 10 and 20 hours per week in the clinic office conducting legal research, meeting with and advising clients, and drafting documents.  In addition, there is a weekly seminar focusing on substantive and skills instruction.
