Annex Construction Paves Way for Better Network
Many of you have noticed the construction activity on the second floor of the Annex. We appreciate very much your patience and tolerance of the noise and the bustle. The small renovation has converted an old unused kitchen in the Director’s Office to a much-needed closet for new network wiring obtained by Computing Services. We agree with you whole-heartedly that the timing of this project is less than ideal; however, we must receive the services of the University’s Physical Plan when offered. Had we asked them to return at a later date to complete this project, they may well have returned during Spring Exams!

Please know that the new wiring, which will be obtained at a cost of over a hundred thousand dollars, should provide for a more stable and robust network in the Law Library.
