Professional Biographical Information:
Suzanne R. Graham, cataloging services
librarian for the Alexander Campbell King Law Library, joined the
Georgia Law staff in July 2007.
Graham
creates original cataloging records for the library’s collections and
supervises the projects of the cataloging department. She works with
her staff to maintain and improve the quality of GAVEL, the library’s
online catalog. She is a member of the steering group that develops
strategic plans and policies for the library. She also serves as the
leader of the library’s acquisitions/cataloging and systems teams.
Prior
to joining Georgia Law, Graham served as a monographs original
cataloger for the University of Georgia Libraries. She also has worked
at the University of Southern Mississippi Library and the University of
Alabama Library.
She
is active in national professional organizations, including the
American Association of Law Libraries and the Association of College
and Research Libraries. Graham has written articles for several
peer-reviewed publications and given a number of professional
presentations at conferences.
Graham earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and in
Russian Language and Literature, a Master of Arts in History and a
Master of Science in Library and Information Studies from the
University of Alabama.
