Georgia Law - Alexander Campbell King Law Library

Use of Display Cases by UGA Law Student Organizations

This policy applies to two display cases in the hallway adjacent to the Law Library’s main entrance.*

• Available to any student organization recognized by the Law School.
• The subject of the display should be related to a legal topic.
• Display may remain in case up to one month.

Requests to reserve a display case will be reviewed by the Library Public Relations Team.

• Submit an email request to displaycase@uga.edu by the fifteenth of the month preceding the requested month.
• Within seven calendar days of the request, the team will (1) approve, (2) decline, or (3) suggest resubmission

While both cases are locked, the library does not accept responsibility for items or materials stolen or damaged while on display.

Contact Sharon Bradley at 542-5083 or bradleys@uga.edu if you have any questions.
