Georgia Law - Alexander Campbell King Law Library
Library Environment
Approved:  3/6/01
1. Loud talking
The Law Library is a place for study and research. While the Library does permit speaking in most parts of the building, talking should be kept to a minimum and, in any event, should be quiet enough to avoid disturbing other patrons.
2. Ultra quiet zone
To insure a place for quiet study in the Law Library, the first floor of the Annex has been designated an "ultra quiet zone" in the Law Library. Speaking and other noise are not permitted in this portion of the Library. A patron who repeatedly violates this policy will be asked to leave the area.
3. Public phone
A telephone for local calls is on the Bridge to the Annex.  Library staff phones may not be used except in an emergency.
