Meetings

The Law Library holds regular, scheduled staff meetings. The purpose of staff meetings shall be to:

share information, news, projects and ideas affecting the Library and its staff.
improve the flow of communication within the Library, and with the Law School community.
The Law Library holds full staff meetings every two months, in February, April, June, August, October & December. All staff are expected to attend. Meetings shall be chaired by the library director. Any staff member may submit agenda items. Agenda items shall be submitted to the Administrative Secretary 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Agendas will be published 24 hours in advance.

Regularly scheduled  team meetings are also held. Meeting schedules vary by team.  Schedules are published on the intranet and listed on the Corporate Time calendar.

Minutes will be taken for all staff and  team meetings and published on the library intranet within  three working days after the meeting day. Minutes  should reflect all decisions made at the meeting and should include an executive summary of the most important features of the meeting.
