| Multiple copies in
different locations Last revised: 9/22/2003 Responsible Employee: Cataloging Dept. When the library owns more than one copy of an item and these copies are in different locations there will only be one bibliographic record in Gavel. The different locations will display to the public. This policy applies to all library materials including those housed in the Sohn collection. See example below:
