Petty Cash Fund
  • The Law Library will maintain a petty cash fund in accordance with University of Georgia rules and regulations (see http://www.bursar.uga.edu/petty_cash.html).
  • The custodian of this fund shall be the Circulation Manager.

  • The maximum amount of funds for the Law Library Petty Cash Fund shall be $50.00.

  • The petty cash fund will be used to reimburse staff members for authorized purchases not to exceed $20.00.
