1. The Law Library will maintain copy machines for use by library patrons.  Each copier will accept Bulldog Bucks, either associated with UGA Cards or by purchase of a guest card.  UGA Cards may be valued or revalued using cash in the Law Library, the Main Library and a number of other locations around campus.  The cards may be valued or revalued at the Tate Center Cashier's Booth using checks, cash or credit cards, or through credit/debit cards at www.bulldogbucks.uga.edu. 

2. The Law Library will also provide one microform reader/printer for use by library patrons. 

3. The cost for copies will be $ .08 per page.

4. The Circulation staff has responsibility for keeping the machines filled with paper and reporting any problems with the machines to the company providing the maintenance agreement and service for the machines and to Bulldog Bucks for problems with the UGA card readers and value adder.

5. The Access Services Librarian is responsible for insuring that a maintenance agreement on each machine is purchased for each fiscal year.
