| Staffing of Circulation Department on Nights, Weekends, and Holidays Week Nights Monday-Thursday: The Circulation Department shall be staffed by full-time employees only until 4:30 each day, with one staff person remaining until 9:00 p.m. From 4:30 until 8:00 one student assistant shall be on duty; thereafter until closing two student assistants shall be on duty. Friday: Staffing shall be as for Monday-Thursday, except no full-time employee shall remain after 5:00, and dual student workers begins at 4:30. Weekends One Circulation Assistant shall work from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 each day, with one student assistant. A second assistant shall report at 4:30, and two students shall remain until closing each day. Holidays On days when staff are on holiday, circulation staffing shall consist of two student assistants. Reasonable adjustments of the above policy shall be made for intersessions, football Saturdays, and other irregular schedulings including staff absences and vacations.
