Scanning and Email Fees:
$5.00 per citation plus $0.50 per page

Faxing Fees:
$5.00 per citation plus $1.00 per page (limit 25 pages per fax)

PLEASE NOTE:
    1) The Law Library will provide copies of materials only if complete contact and citation information is submitted.  Please submit only one request per form.
    2) The Law Library will provide copies only for uncopyrighted materials (public domain material such as unannotated cases and statutes), or copyrighted material intended for fair use as defined by federal law (17 U.S.C.), such as private study, scholarship, or research.  If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of fair use, that user may be liable for copyright infringement.  The Law Library reserves the right to refuse a request if, in its judgment, fulfilling the request would involve violation of copyright law.
    3) Submission of this form means the patron agrees to pay the associated fees charged by the Law Library, and to comply with any copyright restrictions that apply including payment of any applicable copyright fees.
