The University of Georgia School of Law's International Judicial Training Program will celebrate its 10th anniversary this December with 50 members from the Brazilian judiciary and two from the Argentine judiciary arriving to be trained in the workings of the U.S. legal system.
The University of Georgia School of Law's 104th Sibley Lecture, titled "Presidential DNA and the Public's Right to Know the (Future) Health of Its Leader," will be delivered by Boston University's Utley Professor George J. Annas.
The University of Georgia celebrates Homecoming Oct. 12-18 with a jam-packed week of activities including reunions, parties, a hip-hop concert, a carnival, a parade and an important Southeastern Conference football game.
A dedication ceremony will be held Sept. 26 to officially name a student residence hall at the University of Georgia in honor of former Gov. Ernest Vandiver.
