Georgia Law welcomes seven new faculty members

Georgia Law is pleased to welcome its newest faculty members who will begin teaching in Athens this fall - Diane Marie Amann from the University of California at Davis, former U.S. Deputy Attorney General and former PepsiCo senior executive Larry D. Thompson, Joseph S. Miller from the Lewis & Clark Law School, Elizabeth Weeks Leonard from the University of Kansas, Elizabeth Chamblee Burch from Florida State University, Jaime L. Dodge from Harvard Law School and Thomas V. Burch from Florida State University.

Georgia Law ranks second for graduate standard of living

In a recent ranking by National Jurist magazine, Georgia Law placed second for the standard of living enjoyed by its graduates who enter private practice after graduation. The study used median starting salaries, average debt payments, estimated federal and state taxes and cost of living adjustments for areas where graduates work.
