Congratulations to second-year law students Kelly A. Blair, Alexandra M. Joseph, Matthew V.H. Noller and Michele T. Torsiglieri for placing as semifinalists at the regional rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, held in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Noller was named Best Oralist.
