Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann presented "La Responsabilité et la Cour pénale international" ("Responsibility and the International Criminal Court") at a 3-day meeting in Paris, France, entitled "Internationalisation du droit: Pathologie or Métamorphose de l'ordre juridique?" ("Internationalization of Law: Pathology or Metamorphose of the Legal Order?").

The meeting brought together three networks on the internationalization of law - Franco-American, Franco-Brazilian and Franco-Chinese - that had been working over the course of the last 10 years on issues in areas like human rights and criminal justice, the environment, and commerce and communications.
