The University of Georgia School of Law Dean Rusk Lectures are now available in streaming video at http://www.uga.edu/ruskcenter/25th.html.  These fall 2002 lectures mark the 25th anniversary of the Dean Rusk Center -- International, Comparative and Graduate Legal Studies.  The four lectures, given by experts in international law and policy from around the globe, cover the topics of relations between the United States and Europe, law of human rights, the work of the United Nations, and the creation of a new Europe.
