Bankruptcy Practice Seminar
Lindsey Simon is an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice involves a mix of commercial litigation and corporate restructuring matters. She represents corporations and individuals in state and federal litigation, both in and out of the bankruptcy context. In 2017, Simon was selected for an in-house secondment at Mercedes-Benz USA, where she structures commercial transactions and evaluates contracts to mitigate legal risk.
After graduating magna cum laude from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Simon practiced at a litigation boutique in Chicago, Illinois, and then clerked for Beverly B. Martin on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She serves as community service co-chair for the Georgia Network of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and as a member of the board of directors of Culture Connect.
Simon earned her Bachelor of Music magna cum laude and Master of Education from Vanderbilt University. She was previously an adjunct professor at the Georgia State University College of Law.
