In addition to the valuable skills you will obtain from doing a clerkship, state court clerkships are one of the best ways to immerse yourself in a community and get to know many attorneys who practice in that location. Many judges may not hire on a cycle that allows for interviewing in January for clerkships starting in August.Come learn how to use CDO resources to identify state and local judges and initiate contact with those courts as part of your job search.
