Biographical Information: 

Bisa F. Ajanaku is senior associate general counsel at Grady Health System. She advises the system’s general counsel, and her practice covers all aspects of healthcare law, including litigation, transactional matters, regulatory and compliance, governance, and personnel and employee matters.

After graduating from Georgia Law in 2006, she joined the law firm Alston & Bird, where she was a litigation associate in the Products Liability Litigation Group and worked primarily in the areas of medical malpractice and mass torts. She has also served as an assistant city attorney with the City of Atlanta, where she was a member of the Litigation and Employment Group.

Ajanaku is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Health Lawyers Association, the National Bar Association, the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys, the American Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys. Her bar memberships include the Georgia Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
