Biographical Information

Christopher M. Rosselli is a partner in Alston & Bird's Corporate Transactions & Securities Group in Atlanta and is co-teaching a course on mergers and acquisitions with fellow Georgia Law alumnus Justin R. Howard.

Rosselli has worked at Alston & Bird since the fall of 2002 where he represents public and private companies and funds in complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, auctions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, capital raises and cross-border transactions.

Rosselli graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Haverford College.  He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Georgia Law, where he served as notes editor of the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
