Kathleen A. Day

Kathleen A. Day joined the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012 as the director of business and finance. She serves as the chief fiscal and administrative officer for the law school and is responsible for the management of its state and private monetary budgets in addition to many administrative functions such as payroll, procurement and human resources.
Day comes to Georgia Law with 18 years of experience in the financial world. She was previously employed at UGA’s Terry College of Business, where she held a variety of positions including administrative financial director, where she oversaw all activities of its centralized business office; business manager, where she served in the lead accounting post for the business office; and program coordinator, where she helped to establish the inaugural and second executive MBA classes.
Day earned her bachelor’s degree in arts and sciences from UGA.
