Biographical Information

Kevin E. Grady recently retired as partner in the Atlanta office of Alston & Bird, where his areas of expertise included counseling, litigating competition and trade regulation matters. He also represented clients in all facets of federal antitrust litigation and counseling, as well as in FTC investigations, antitrust criminal grand juries and in Hart-Scott-Rodino merger filings in a wide variety of industries. He served as chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law from 2003-04, and has held a number of other leadership positions, including chair of the Section’s Health Care Committee and vice-chair of the Section’s Franchise Committee. He has also spoken and written on a wide variety of antitrust topics. Grady earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Harvard University.
