Biographical Information

A partner in both the Atlanta and Chicago offices, Kevin Woolf has helped purchase, sell, lease and develop real property in more than 40 states, Canada and Mexico. Additionally, Woolf routinely assists in the negotiation and structuring of sourcing transactions – particularly in the information technology field.

In 2007, Kevin received his Green Belt from the Six Sigma Academy in a unique client-focused program designed to increase the efficient delivery of legal services. As an outgrowth of his Six Sigma training, Kevin also serves as the managing director of the Transaction Solutions Center for SeyfarthLean Consulting. He earned his B.A. summa cum laude from Oglethorpe University and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Georgia.
